By accessing and using Top Fans ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Top Fans is a platform that allows users to create, share, and compare content related to creators, media, and entertainment. The Service includes but is not limited to user profiles, content creation, media sharing, comparisons, and community features.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any other systems or networks
  • Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Service
  • Collect or store personal data about other users without their consent

5. Content Ownership and License

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. However, by submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in connection with the Service and our business operations.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Top Fans and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

  • Your use of and access to the Service
  • Your violation of any term of these Terms of Service
  • Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right
  • Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Top Fans operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
